Bacon hash browns
description:
A loaded potato cooked as a hash brown.
 
ingredients: 4 slices of bacon, sliced into small chunks
2.5 lbs baker potatoes, grated
2 eggs
3 Tbsp flour
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp unsalted buffer
1/3 cup chopped green onions
 
instructions: 1) Cook bacon until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel.

2) Grate potatoes and drain on towel.

3) Melt better in microwave. Slightly cool.

4) In a large bowl, mix potatoes, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, cheese, butter, bacon, and green onions.

5) Form small patties and cook in large non-stick pan.
