| instructions: | 1) Combine filling ingredients, let sit at least a few hours 2) Moisten bean curd rolls, cut into triangles 3) Add filling to bean curd rolls and roll 4) lightly fry rolls 5) Transfer to steamer, add sauce, steam until pork is cooked |
