Breakfast pizza

ingredients: 12 oz bacon
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
32 oz frozen tater tots
 
instructions: 1) Cook bacon. Cut into small pieces.

2) Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3) Line a foil round with the tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese an bacon. Pour in egg mixture.

4) Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs have fully set.

5) Top with more cheese.
