| Buttermilk Biscuits in the air fryer |

| ingredients: | 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp sugar 1/3 tsp table salt 1/2 cup milk 1 Tbsp lemon juice 4 Tbsp unsalted butter |
| instructions: | 1) Mix the lemon juice into the milk and move into the fridge to keep it colld. 2) Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool for a few minutes. 3) Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a bowl. 4) Stir in the melted butter into the cold milk until small clumps form. 5) Preheat the air fryer at 400°. 6) Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients and stir with rubber spatula until just incorporated and batter pulls away from sides of bowl. 7) Place a piece of parchment paper in the air fryer. Using greased 1/4-cup dry measure, scoop level amount of batter and place on the parchment paper. This should make 6 biscuits. 8) Air fry for 7 minutes. |
