Chicken breasts (air fryer)

ingredients: 2 chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp kosher salt

1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp avocado oil
 
instructions: 1) Cut the chicken breast in half to create two thin, flat pieces.

2) Dry the chicken off as much as possible. Sprinkle salt on the chicken and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

3) Remove chicken from fridge, dry off, and leave it on the counter for at least 30 minutes. This will help the chicken come to room temperature.

4) Heat the air fryer at 375° for 5 minutes.

5) Mix spices in a small bowl.

6) Coat chicken in avocado oil and rib on the spice mix.

7) Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

8) Flip chicken and cook for another 3 minutes.

9) Cook until chicken hits 165°.
