Chicken parmesan
description:
Make sure to have the chicken thin either through butterfly or pounding.
 
ingredients: 2 chicken breast, butterflied or pounded thin

1/2 cup flour
1.5 cups panko
1/3 cup parmesan
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 eggs

marinara sauce
pasta
 
instructions: 1) Either butterfly or pound the chicken breast to 1/2-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

2) Add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp table salt to flour.

3) Mix panko, paremesan, oregano, pepper flakes, and garlic powder.

4) Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and panko mixture.

5) Air fry at 400 degrees. Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway through, until chicken registers 160 degrees.
