Chicken wings

A tasty chicken wing recipe with a Korean sauce. There are other sauces on the website below.
 
ingredients: 10-12 chicken wings and drummettes
kosher salt
pepper
potato starch

1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 Tbsp ginger, minced
 
instructions: 1) Rinse and dry the chicken wings.

2) Salt and pepper the wings and store in the fridge for a few hours.

3) Add potato starch to a container and shake in order to cover the wings.

4) Heat the air fryer at 380° for 5 minutes.

5) Oil the fryer and cook the chicken for 20 minutes. Flip every 5 minutes.

6) Combine the sauce ingredients.

7) Move the chicken to a large bowl, pour in some of the sauce into the bowl and toss. Add more sauce as needed.
