Egg drop soup

Full recipe unaltered below. Way too salty. Used Swansons light chicken broth.
 
ingredients: 4 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
3 Tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 1/3 cup water)
3 eggs lightly beaten

1 scallion or cilantro chopped
Corn
Tofu
 
instructions: 1) Bring chicken stock to a simmer. Stir in sesame oil, salt, sugar, white pepper. Add corn, tofu or other ingredients if using. Adjust seasoning if needed.

2) Add cornstarch slurry.

3) Swirl in the egg.

4) Top with scallions or cilantro
