Egg Roll Sauce

Sweet and sour sauce for egg rolls.
 
ingredients: 1/3 cup rice vinegar
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch with 4 tablespoons warm water
 
instructions: Mix the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce together and bring to a boil in a small pot.

Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the pot. Stir to thicken.
