Egg salad sandwich

A creamy egg sandwich.
 
ingredients: 7 eggs
1/4 cup mayo
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 celery rib (optional)
 
instructions: 1) Cook eggs. Cool down well.

2) Remove yolks and place in bowl. Mash the yolks with the mayo, lemon juice, mustard, and celery.

3) Cut the egg whites into 1/4 inch pieces.

4) Fold into the yolk mixture and season with salt and pepper.
