French fries
description:
This recipe has been tested for one potato only. Two potatoes may result in soggy fries if not shaken often.
 
ingredients: 1 russet potato
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
 
instructions: 1) Cut the potato into 1/2-inch sticks.

2) Rinse off any starch from the potatoes and soak the potato sticks in hot water for 15 minutes.

3) Drain the potatoes and dry off with a towel.

4) Toss the potatoes with the salt and oil.

5) Preheat the air fryer to 380° for 5 minutes.

6) Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes and shake halfway through.

7) Toss with potatoes with pepper.
