Graham Cracker Crust

This crust is used in the pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate haupia pie.
 
ingredients: 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs (original only)
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
instructions: Break up graham crackers and place in ziploc bag. Roll can (canned food) over graham crackers to crush.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon until well blended. Press mixture into pan.

Bake at 375° for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.
