| ingredients: | 6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces 2.5 Tbsp avocado oil 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1.5 tsp dried dill 1.5 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika (experimenting) zest and juice of one lemon 1 tsp table salt |
| instructions: | 1) Mix everything in the large glass mixing bowl. Add chicken and move to fridge. 2) Marinate chicken up to 2 hours. 3) Remove bowl from fridge. 4) Heat air fryer to 400 degrees. 5) Add half the chicken to the air fryer. Cook for 4 minutes, toss, cook another 4 minutes, toss, cook for 2 more minutes. 6) Cook second batch. |
