Hamburger Steak

description:

Great for Loco Moco. Be sure to make the brown gravy and serve with an egg.

ingredients:

1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
dash of black pepper

instructions:

1) Cook the onions in oil till transparent.

2) Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into 8 patties. Pan fry in hot oil until brown. 4 minutes on one side with the lid down, flip, then 2-3 minutes on the other side.
