Katsu Sauce

description:

Katsu sauce that mimics L&L. This will make enough sauce for 3-4 meals.

ingredients:

1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cups water
pinch of salt
1/16 tsp chicken bouillon
1/16 tsp white pepper
1/16 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cornstarch mixed in 1/8 cup water

instructions:

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Add more cornstarch as necessary.
