Basic Frittata
description:
Good with any combo of vegetables (onions, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers) or herbs (cilantro, thai basil, green onions)
 
ingredients: 1.5 - 2 cups of vegetables
10 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
1-2 Tablespoons herbs or aromatics
Milk
 
instructions: 1) Saute vegetables, allow to cool
2) Whisk eggs and a splash of milk
3) Fill 16 regular size baking cups with vegetable mixture, top with cheese, pour in eggs
4) 350° oven, bake for at least 20-25 minutes until mixture pops up
