| ingredients: | 4 eggs 2 cloves garlic, miced Green onions, chopped and separated into whites and greens 1 cup kimchi 2 Tbsp kimchi juice 2 tsp gochujang 1 Tbsp soy sauce 2 cups cooked rice, day old rice at room temperature 1 Tbsp sesame oil |
| instructions: | 1) Cut the kimchi into small pieces. 2) Heat wok to a high temperature, add oil, and scramble eggs. Remove when nearly complete. 3) Add more oil and cook the whites of the green onion and garlic till fragrant. 4) Add kimchi and its juice and cook for a minute till combined. 5) Add gochujang and soy sauce until kimchi softens. 6) Add rice and cooked eggs to the wok and combine. 7) Finish with sesame oil and some sesame seeds. |
