Korean BBQ meat

This marinade can be used for short ribs, ribeye steak, or chicken. This should only be used as a starting point as the taste of the marinade is up to you.
 
ingredients: Marinade
2 cups of soy sauce
2-3 Tbsp grated ginger
3/4 cup sugar
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp green onions

Meat
2 lbs of spare ribs, chicken, or ribeye steak (cut thin, less than 1/2in thick if possible)
 
instructions: 1) Mix all of the marinade ingredients together. This may be adjusted to your own taste. More sugar if you want it sweeter, more ginger if you need more kick, more water if it's too salty, etc.

2) Add the meat to the marinade and let it sit overnight in the fridge.

3) Grill over an open fire.
