| ingredients: | 1 carton tofu 3 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp water 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp seasame oil 1 tsp gochujan 1/2 clove garlic |
| instructions: | 1) Cut tofu into 1/2 inch squares and pat dry with paper towel. Pour oil into pan and fry tofu until golden. 2) In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients to make the sauce. 3) When the tofu is done, pour sauce into pan over tofu and simmer 2-3 minutes. |
