Mango Pudding

Can vary with whipping cream OR coconut milk.

ingredients:

4 packets Knox Gelatin
2 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 pint whipping cream OR 14 fl oz coconut milk
30 oz mango pulp (Hanif's brand)

instructions:

1) Combine knox, sugar and water

2) If using whipping cream: add to knox mixture with 3 cups water and pulp

3) If using coconut milk: add to knox mixture with 2 cups water and pulp

4) Pour into oiled container and refridgerate
