Oyster Beef

Much like ginger beef, quick and easy
 
ingredients: 1 lb flank steak sliced thin against the grain
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce

1 box mushrooms
 
instructions: Mix meat with soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Heat wok to medium-high heat and add oil. Cook mushrooms and remove when done. Cook beef. Add mushrooms back and add oyster sauce.

Add some water to help the cornstarch thicken up.
