Pie crust manju

Flaky crust for Manju
 
ingredients: 5 cups of flour
1 3/4 cups Crisco oil (if you use other oil, the crust will be oily)
3/4 cup ice cold water
2 cans tsubushian or koshian (red bean paste)
 
instructions: 1) Mix first 4 ingredients together with a spood just to combine, then knead
like dough.

2) Divide into 28 to 35 pieces. Fill with tsubushian.

3) Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, brust top wil milk.

4) Bake 425°, 20-25 minutes.
