Pizza dough
description:
Makes enough for 2 thin crust pizzas or pizza rolls.
 
ingredients: 1 (0.25 oz) packet active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (115°)
2.5 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
 
instructions: 1) Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 10 min until creamy

2) Stir in flour, salt, and oil. Form dough. Have extra flour handy in case dough is sticky.

3) Place dough ball in oiled bowl and cover. Let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.

4) Divide dough in two. Roll out to pizza size. Poke with a fork.

5) Bake for 5 min in 450° oven. Remove from oven and add pizza toppings.
