Poultry Brine

Use for chickens or turkeys

ingredients:

1 gallon water
3/4 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup sugar
Any additional aromatics

instructions:

1) Mix all ingredients and place in a large container with bird. Brine overnight up to 12 hours
