Ramen sprouts
description:
A nice side dish for ramen.
 
ingredients: 1 12oz bag bean sprouts
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 shichimi togarashi (ramen seasonings)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
 
instructions: 1) Soak/wash the bean sprouts.

2) Boil the sprouts for 2-4 minutes until slightly softened.

3) While the sprouts of boiling, combine the rest of the ingredients.

4) Drain the sprouts and immediately add the sprouts to the sauce and combine.
