Spicy poke

A creamy spicy poke.
 
ingredients: 1/2 lb sushi grade yellow fin tuna, cut into 1/2" chunks

1 avocado, sliced into chunks
2 sticks imitation crab, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp fish eggs

2 Tbsp mayo
2 tsp sriracha
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Hawaiian salt
 
instructions: 1) Combine everything except the fish in a bowl.

2) Taste and adjust the sauce before adding fish.

3) Add fish and mix thoroughly.

4) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
