| ingredients: | 1 lb sushi grade yellow fin tuna, cut into 1/2" chunks 1 avocado, sliced into chunks 2 sticks imitation crab, cut into thin strips 1 Tbsp fish eggs 4 Tbsp mayo 2.5 tsp sriracha 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp table salt |
| instructions: | 1) Combine everything except the fish in a bowl. 2) Taste and adjust the sauce before adding fish. 3) Add fish and mix thoroughly. 4) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. |
