Steak Sauce

Great sauce for steaks
 
ingredients: 1/2 cup water
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp white vinegar
 
instructions: 1) Combine water and raisins in bowl. Microwave, covered, until water begins to boil, 1 to 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, until raisins are soft.

2) Process raisins, water, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and vinegar in blender until smooth, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
