Vietnamese grilled pork

Grilled pork in the air fryer
 
ingredients: 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut thin (less than 1/4"), remove the fat cap, but leave the fat -- it'll keep th pork moist

Marinade
1 stalk lemongrass, minced
1 Tbsp shallot, minced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced

2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp table salt
 
instructions: 1) Cut the pork less than 1/4".

2) Combine the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Microwave to dissolve the honey and sugar.

3) Combine everything in the big bowl.

4) Mix in pork. Marinate overnight.

4) Preheat the air fryer to 400°. Cook the pork for 10 minutes, flipping half way, until the internal temperature is 165°.
