| ingredients: | 3 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless 1 egg 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp white pepper 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup water panko |
| instructions: | 1) Pound the chicken thighs to an even thickness. 2) Salt and pepper the thighs and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 3) Preheat the air fryer to 375°. 4) Combine eggs, cornstarch, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, and water to make a batter. 5) Coat chicken in the egg batter and then roll in panko crumbs. Be sure to press the panko into the chicken. 6) Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes till chicken reads 165°. Flip the chicken after 10 minutes. |
