| ingredients: | 6 oz rice wine vinegar (Mizkan, light yellow bottle) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp table salt |
| instructions: | 1) Combine rice vinegar, sugar, kosher salt into a small pot and bring to a boil. 2) Once boiling, remove from heat and cool. 3) Add a few spoon fulls of the sauce to the cooled rice and store the rest in the fridge. |
