Pizza rolls

Use 9 inch square glass baking dish and long amber pyrez baking dish
 
ingredients: pizza dough
pizza sauce
italian sausage, cooked and broken up into small pieces
olives, cut into small pieces
grated mozzarella
 
instructions: 1) Prepare pizza dough. Divide in two and use fingers to spread into a rectangle.

2) Add toppings all the way to sides and bottom edges. Leave top edge bare for pinching dough.

3) Roll up and pinch seams.

4) Cut into 1.5 inch rolls. Place swirl-side up into oiled baking dish, do not crowd. Allow to rise for at least 45 min.

5) Bake in a 350° oven for 25-30 min until inner part of rolls looked cooked.

6) Remove from oven and let the rolls sit 20-25 minutes to cool. (The rolls don't separate very well when they're very hot.)
